Requesting Data Deletion

We believe you should have full control over your data. If you wish to stop using nPOS and would like us to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers, you can do so easily.

How to Delete Your Data

Currently, you can request data deletion through the following methods:

  • In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will trigger a permanent deletion of your cloud-synced data.
  • Via Email: Send an email to support@nrose.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address.

What Happens After Deletion?

Once your request is processed:

  • Your account credentials will be removed.
  • All synced sales, purchase, and stock records will be permanently erased from our servers.
  • Data stored locally on your device will remain but can be deleted by uninstalling the app.

Note: It may take up to 30 days to fully remove all logs from our backup systems.
